ITS designs, installs and maintains fully compliant fire alarm systems for all types of buildings – from high-rise housing blocks and care schemes to commercial and public sector facilities. Emergency Voice Communication (EVAC) systems provide safe and reliable two-way communication between emergency services personnel and people within a building during an incident. ITS installs and maintains EVAC systems in accordance with BS 5839-9, ensuring they integrate smoothly with fire alarms, AOVs and management systems.

Disabled refuge systems include two-way communication points in each refuge space, enabling anyone waiting to speak directly with building management or emergency services. ITS designs and installs refuge systems, inline with all building regulations, ensuring reliable communication, clear signage, robust wiring infrastructure and integration with wider building fire strategies.

AOV systems help control smoke and heat during a fire by automatically opening vents, windows or rooflights. We offer full design, installation, testing and servicing of AOV systems for new-builds, refurbishments and compliance upgrade programmes. Our solutions support safer evacuation routes and meet EN12101 requirements.
